At Sh! Women’s Store, we want you to love your new look, which is why we offer a hassle-free 30-day return policy for all unworn apparel with original tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, intimate wear and accessories are final sale unless a manufacturing defect is present.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive your unique RMA number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are intact, and include a copy of your packing slip or RMA confirmation.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email to the package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
